Trusting to feel.
PTSD,
Rolls like a wheel.
Forgave myself,
Found place to heal.
Yesterday's thoughts,
Were all too real.
It's in the past,
Not what I see.
Spirit and soul,
The first real me.
Look deep inside,
Need healing too?
Better choices,
Aim to now do.
Live a full life,
Learn a new dance.
A journey gives,
More than one chance.
